First, in light of potential election fraud activities already occurring from Spartanburg to Marlboro Counties, if you plan to serve as a poll watcher or observer, the SC State Election Commission offers a downloadable “Poll Manager Handbook.” Written primarily as a guide for poll managers and workers, this guide also details what you as a certified poll watcher or observer can and can’t do. It also tells you what poll managers are required to do for you so that you can do your job effectively.
If you don’t plan to work at a polling location but simply want to verify your individual voter registration so you know where to go to cast your vote, you can check your voter registration on-line.
